I’ve been quietly building something behind the scenes…

Five years ago, I was a seasoned exec launching a new business.
Even with all my experience, it was lonely as hell.

Then a year ago, a few powerhouse women in my network asked me the same question in different ways:

“Is there a space for founders like us - experienced professionals, not into hustle culture — to connect regularly?”

So I created one.

It started as a free weekly meetup for experienced women building startups - many of them former executives, or launching their second or third ventures.

It quickly became clear that we had created something valuable:
→ A space where founders could say what they can’t say anywhere else, without judgment or unsolicited advice.
→ A group of founders who were deeply skeptical of “business as usual” and hungry to build differently.
→ Conversations that were diverse, challenging, and energizing — not because I taught anything, but because of who was in the room.

We weren’t beginners looking for templates.
We were seasoned professionals building the next chapter of our work.
And we needed a trusted circle to do it with.

That’s the magic of Changing the Game - the founder community I’ve now officially launched.

We bring together experienced professionals launching new businesses for real, no-fluff conversations that help us:

We are not selling.
We are not following gurus or playbooks.
