Why penguin?

If a penguin measured itself by the standards of other birds, it would spend its whole life feeling like a failure.

It can't fly. It waddles on land. By most definitions of what a bird is supposed to do, it looks like it's doing it wrong.

But put a penguin in the ocean and something completely different happens. It moves at speeds that would humble most creatures. It's agile, powerful, and completely in its element.

The penguin was never broken. It was just being measured by the wrong standard.

Why nimble?

Because nimble isn't one thing. It doesn't look the same for every leader, every founder, every person building something that matters. The most dangerous thing you can do is spend your career optimizing for someone else's version of it.

The work I do is about figuring out what nimble actually looks like for you: what excellence means on your terms, what success feels like when you built the definition yourself, and what becomes possible when you stop measuring yourself against a standard you never consciously chose.

With over 20 years of experience guiding creative and ambitious individuals, I offer a unique blend of business savvy and leadership expertise.

My diverse career spans multiple industries, including restaurant technology, fintech, enterprise AI, edtech, cybersecurity, and healthtech (10+ years in startups). I excel in helping companies navigate crucial growth phases, leveraging my business operations and post-sales expertise to ensure long-term sustainability.

Prior to working with startups, I spent 10 years as a professional stage manager, honing my communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving expertise. This background, combined with my passion for leadership development, informs my coaching style – one that emphasizes strategic thinking, effective communication, and building high-performing teams.
