The power of this table is how much we’ve changed each other. ❤️

Yesterday, as I rested my feet and came down from the high of seeing so many amazing humans in one day, I kept thinking about the powerful women in my life.

The ones who have inspired me to reach further.
To challenge the status quo.
To do things my own way.
To push past the bullshit. 😉

This week at Customer Success Week NYC, I had the delight and pleasure of seeing so many of these fabulous women in person - women I usually only get to see on Zoom or LinkedIn.

Yes, the hugs were awesome. 😁
But even better?
The conversations.

With these women, we skip the small talk. We jump right into:
> The challenge of building a business.
> The exhaustion of family health struggles.
> The joy of watching our mentees (and kids!) grow more independent.
> The frustration of pushing through tech bros and mansplaining (🙃).

And I think back to my life 6–7 years ago, before I met most of these women.
It doesn’t even compare.

Today, I’m more confident. More outspoken. More deeply inspired every single day - thanks to the powerful women in my circle.
