Do you remember picking out your paper planner at the start of each school year?

The format. The size. The pens. (Oh, the pens. ❤️)

I haven't used a paper planner in years.
I’ve been telling myself digital tools do the job just fine…

But this weekend, I took my daughter to Staples to buy her first planner. The one her school provided wasn't working for her brain. So we talked through what she actually needed - what kind of layout would help her think, plan, and stay on top of things. Then we walked down the planner aisle together.

And suddenly, I was back.

That pull to write things down by hand.
To see the week laid out in front of me.
To cross off what's done and feel that tiny hit of satisfaction.

I definitely went down a rabbit hole that night, searching for the perfect planner. I haven't bought one… yet. But I'm eyeing a few. 👀
