As a founder, you’ve only got a few hours of true “heads down” time. What gets done, and what gets left?

This came up in a conversation in our founder community recently, and it's a tough one.

Because every founder I talk to seems to have a slightly different answer to this.

>> Some prioritize client acquisition, always.
>> Some prioritize what feels energizing.
>> Some prioritize the work only they can do (vs delegate)

When I thought about my own answer, it made me realize - this question can reveal a lot about how a founder thinks and builds.

So I’m curious:
How do *you* decide what to prioritize when focus time is limited?
What’s your personal decision-making filter?

This is the kind of real conversation we have every week inside the founder community I run for seasoned professionals launching new businesses.

If that sounds like your kind of space, send me a note.

Few things bring me as much joy as watching a friend succeed at something close to their heart.
