A very wise woman asked me what I'm proud of, and I realized I don't think about this often enough. 🤔

I'm proud of the number of times my clients have shown up to sessions with their shoulders tight up around their ears (or drooping low to the ground) and left sitting tall, calm, and ready to take on the world. 🏋🏼‍♀️

I'm proud of the number of people I've introduced to each other who have come back to me saying the introduction was exactly what (and who) they needed. 👋🏼

I'm proud that people (clients and friends) trust me to listen without judgement. 😊

I'm proud of all the work I've done (and continue to do) to be the Mom my kid deserves. ❤️
