Y’all. Who has unlocked the secret to getting outside more often?
I have been saying for ages I want to get outside more, go for a regular walk, even for 15 minutes.
This morning I walked to the car to drive my kid to school… and then back from the car when I got home. 😬
Not exactly hitting that goal.
I can legit help my clients do so many hard things. And somehow I cannot figure out how to get my own damn a$$ out of the house on a regular basis.
To be fair, I know just telling myself “go outside more” isn’t going to magically make it happen.
I read Atomic Habits. I know how this works. 😂
I need your tips.
