What was the last thing you said "no" to?

Even better, what was the last thing you said "no" to, knowing it would probably piss someone off? 😉

I'll start...

(Ok let's be honest - the real answer is my kid, who asked for "just eight more minutes" to watch a video last night before bed. She was not pleased when I said no. 😂)

So I started writing this post with a plan to share story about saying no to a client...

But I think my most recent "no" that pissed someone off might actually be myself. 😜

The other day my morning got screwed up (because life 🤷🏼‍♀️) and my plan to exercise went out the window.

I was about to go sit at my desk and start working for the day - I had a lot to do and I was already behind.

But I stopped myself, I said no. And I was kinda pissed at me - I had $hit to do! 😂

Instead, I walked to the kitchen, made myself tea, and stared out the window for 5 minutes.

It wasn't much, but it turns out it was exactly what I needed.

It's funny how it always turns into that... saying "no" to one thing means saying "yes" to something else.
