I spent years believing the next thing would be the thing.
I spent years believing the next thing would be the thing.
The next role.
The next challenge.
The breakthrough conversation that would finally click everything into place.
Don’t get me wrong - I’m still all about growth. I love pushing myself, connecting with brilliant people, exploring new ideas, doing my small part to nudge the world forward.
But somewhere along the way, I realized: the magic I was chasing? It was never out there.
It’s here.
In the pause.
In the view from the rock.
In the conversations that matter, not just the ones that advance something.
The joy of life isn’t something I find. It’s something I create - or more honestly, something I allow myself to notice when I stop racing toward what’s next.
So here’s my question for you:
What would shift if you stopped looking ahead for just a moment and asked yourself - what’s already here?
