Ambition and wellness - competing priorities, or complimentary enhancements?

It's not every day I get to share a stage (couch 😉) with four incredible women founders across multiple generations.

I had the great pleasure of joining Jennifer Appleton, Liz Tortolani, and Samantha Miles at citywell for a wide-ranging conversation expertly moderated by Lily Schuhbeck.

We gathered outdoors in the beautiful backyard oasis at citywell, and somehow my brain comes up with way more interesting things to say when I'm looking at trees and the sky (vs the inside of an office event space). There's nothing quite like nature to stimulate my brain for creativity and deep thinking.

And I have to be honest, I want all my panels to be in beautiful backyards from now on. 😀
