Finding joy in my clients’ success

I got this text from a client the other day, and I could hardly contain myself. 🤩

My clients' successes bring me so much joy, and hard won moments like this one feel particularly powerful.

If you met this client (or really any of my clients), you would think she's kicking a$$ and taking names every day.

She's strategic and experienced, brings impeccable data to back up every decision, and stands up for the hard decisions required to make a real impact on the bottom line.

But the truth is, even the most high-achieving and accomplished leaders face moments of uncertainty.

They wonder:
How can I make sure I'm truly ready for this high-stakes meeting?
What am I missing that could bite me in the a$$?
Do my words convey the message I'm trying to deliver?

And so we dig in. We work through it. We make a plan.
Maybe we even draft a script.

We partner together to find the gaps, lean into their strengths, and make magic happen. ✨

And while I do love the texts and slack messages after, celebrating the wins, my favorite part is the conversation. Digging in, asking the hard questions, and helping untangle that path to success.

I feel pretty darn lucky I get to do this work every day as my job. 😜
